We deliver across South Africa, delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our store to your delivery point, this will be added to the total of your invoice

A standard fee of R450 is charged for deliveries within a 30km radius from our factory in Kya Sands (Johannesburg).

Your new bed can be delivered or collected within 48 hours of receiving your full payment (or 50% deposit when purchasing 5 beds/mattresses or more).

All of our mattresses carry a minimum warranty of 10 years.

Yes we do. If you're unhappy with your delivery, please let us know and we can arrange collection of the faulty product and/or send you a replacement within 5 - 7 working days.

Kindly note that we accept return of any/all products purchsed from Sleep Design as long as they meet the following conditions:

• The product needs to be in its original condition and its unused for a full refund.
• No alternations or modifications have been added or removed from the product, no tags have been removed .
• A full refund will be given within 7 days.
• You receive the incorrect or faulty product/s.
